■ Mr. William H. Curtis has been in the mortgage
business for over forty years. His family's business was
the means to a mortgage for many first-time homebuyers.
Mr. Curtis returned to work at Curtis Mortgage Company,
Inc. in 2005. His name is well-known throughout the
community because of his dedication to ensuring each
customer receives exceptional service and selection of
mortgage products. Commitment to community and

■ Laura is a native of Blount County. She graduated from
Maryville High School in 1987 and The University of
Tennessee, Knoxville in 1991. Since joining Curtis
Mortgage in 2004, Laura has gained insight into the need
for more thorough training throughout the industry. As a
result, Laura is driven to be at the forefront of
mortgage lending training and education, not only for
her but also for those she works with each day. In May
2008, Laura recieved her Accredited Mortgage
Professional designation from the Mortgage Bankers
Association. She also was a recipient in 2008 of the
Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association scholarship for
continuing education. Laura
obtained her Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist
designation in 2006. Laura values enhancing the customer's
experience by providing financing options that will
ensure they choose the right product for them. She is
"Committed to Informed Decision Making" when working
with her clients
■ Becky has over nine years of experience in the
mortgage industry. She has worked in many different
areas that range from processing to originating mortgage
loans. Becky has been with Curtis Mortgage Company, Inc.
since November, 2004. Her knowledge of the mortgage
industry and process helps Becky ensure that our
customers' closings are timely and efficient.
■ Sharon has worked in the mortgage industry for over
twelve years. She brings experience to Curtis in most of
the key areas of the mortgage business including
processing, closing, and originating, along with her
extensive underwriting experience for several well know
companies in the industry. A newer resident of
Tennessee, Sharon joined Curtis Mortgage Company, Inc.
over a year ago. Sharon’s role as an on-staff
underwriter allows for high quality loans with timely
closings.
■ Cynthia Rauhuff is a Knoxville native. She
joined Curtis Mortgage Company, Inc in January 2008. She
has provided Curtis Mortgage Company, Inc. beneficial
insight into processing efficiency. She has over 20
years experience in financial institutions with six of
those being exclusively in the mortgage area. Curtis
Mortgage Company welcomes Cindy to our team!
■ Tammy Thomas is a native of Blount County. She
graduated from Heritage High School in 1984. Tammy has
extensive experience in the overall home buying process.
Tammy's initial real estate experience began with a real
estate and auction firm. She then worked for a local
title company for eight years. In 1998, Tammy began
working for Mr. William H. Curtis in the processing
department of Curtis Mortgage Company. Later, she worked
with construction to permanent loans. Tammy's biggest
attribute is her focus on customer service and the
commitment to those she works with in the mortgage
process.

■ Kim Stafford is a native of Jackson County. She
graduated from Jackson County High School in 1983. Kim
has been in the financial and banking industry for over
15 years in Gainesboro. She has extensive knowledge of
the community and its people. Kim joined Curtis Mortgage
Company, Inc. in November 2004. She is driven to provide
exceptional customer service which has resulted in her
success in the mortgage industry.
■ Having
been a Mortgage Consultant since 1986 and having a
background in banking and finance prior to that, Fred
understands your needs. His goal as your lender is to
direct and guide you through the mortgage process,
making sure you and your family get the right loan
program for your needs. Fred realizes that success in
the future is built on his customer relationships today.

■ Deb joins Curtis Mortgage Company, Inc.
with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. She
has over seven years of experience ranging from
origination to an account executive role. She began her
mortgage career in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. To enjoy distinct
seasonal changes in East Tennessee, Deb moved to
Tennessee in 2006. Since that time, she has enjoyed
acquainting herself with the area. Deb would love the
opportunity to help you and your family attain your
goals in home ownership.

■ Tim is a native of South Knoxville and Sevier County.
Tim graduated from Seymour Community Christian School in
1984. He has been involved in the local community for
years including his current involvement with the Seymour
Rotary Club. Tim has over fourteen years of financial
banking background in the Seymour/Sevier County area. In
2004, he joined Curtis Mortgage Company, Inc. His
success in the mortgage industry has been a result of
his consistent communication with his clients and the
area real estate agents. Tim is focused on excellent
customer service throughout the mortgage process.
